Ii'm on Chapter 9 Forgive and Forget

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone reads any thing here... I know its been over a month since my last blog. I've been working on my book when I can; now that I have a job.  What Ii'm going to say is that Ii have been learning more about life  as I write. I'm on chapter 9 and I have 4 others that need to be finished... The new chapter is called Forgive and Forget. Forgiving someone the way God wants us to, also calls for us to forget every worng someone has done to us, by choicing to do so; this type of forgiveness shows "Mercy" and God Character and spirtual maturity in us when we do by choice to forget every day.

THIS blog is mostly about another lesson in life that I have learned and I would like to share with you on the topic of "Forgive and Forget"; which is also a new chapter in my book. One day last week I was asked for forgiveness by the same friend That morning I had read Matthew 18:21-35 where Jesus speaks of forgiveness and I realized that ever since I wrote a blog on my space called Venting and The 4 Categories of Friendship. I said in that blog was " I had to let my friend go and that I wouldn't talk to him again any more. We are threw completly!" (I siad it with sadness and  with bitterness ) Ever since I wrote that blog, I also was fighting with God about it. After reading that Scripture in the morning I came downstairs to find my Mom was online IMing with the person I had vented about in that blog; they were talking about friendship, hurt feelings and forgiveness. My Mom asked me if I thought I could be forgiving and allow this person back into my life as a friend again; my reply was, ‘’No, I don’t think so’’. Then my Mom looked at me and asked if I was stone-hearted!

I’m not going to lie to you, at that time I was and getting harder and more bitter over it; all the while I was fighting with God about this. Mom reminded me of the Scripture in Matthew 18:21-22, ‘Then Peter came up to the Lord and asked, "How many times should I forgive someone who does something wrong to me? Is seven times enough?’’ (CEV) Before I give you Jesus’ answer let me ask you this...how many of us have asked the same question Peter did and how many of us were willing to forgive someone right away when they ask for it? Listen to this, verse 22 says, ‘Jesus answered: Not just seven times, but seventy times seven!’ We are told to forgive others, treat others like we want to be treated, and to love each other as we love ourselves throughout the Bible. Who am I to say that what you have done is not forgivable when God clearly promises us in Mark 3:28 that anything can be forgiven? With that said, who are we to not forgive? The whole experience of being a Christian is based on knowing that we have done wrong, asking for forgiveness, accepting Jesus as our Savior and receiving forgiveness from God when we do. So who are we to say, ‘I can’t forgive others for what they have done to me’? Let me tell you something, Jesus was beaten, cursed, mocked and had a whole city cry out for him to be crucified; yet he forgave them and by his crucifixion are we forgiven as well.

How many times has someone come to you for forgiveness and you where too bitter and stone-hearted to just say, ‘I forgive you’, and mean it? I’m a forgiving person, but when it comes down to letting go of things it’s never easy for me to forget! Because I have trouble with letting things go I know what it feels like to actually hate someone; and believe me I NEVER want to feel that way again. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, ‘Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice (hatred). Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.’ (NIV)

I’ve also learned to forgive someone fully with meaning; you have to let go and forget about every wrong doing. ‘If you forgive others for the wrongs they do to you, your Father in heaven will forgive you. But if you don’t forgive others, your Father in heaven will not forgive your sins.’ Matthew 6:14-15 (CEV). If God remembered all of the wrong things that we did and kept them in His file, we would all be doomed to death no matter what! But we know that God doesn’t keep record of our wrong doings because He is merciful and compassionate. Micah 7:18-19 says, ‘Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgressions of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy, You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.’

Now the question is, ‘Why should I forgive others?’ Answer: Because it is for Christ's sake that God has forgiven you. (With 100% forgetting your past completly.)

Time of Need Summary [ finaly]

God crated everything and gave everything a purpose and a reason to live for and that nothing happens by accident. It’s sad that there are people out there that let their lives get out of control, for some people because they feel like they are worthless and don’t know what to do. They start to drink and start to use drugs. And then the only thing that they can think of is to kill themselves; suicide is a sin. The Author talks about a long time friend whom thought about it and is glad the friend didn’t go threw it. Suicide is the same as murder, but you take your own life and plus it‘s against the law. Murder is murder it’s still wrong and a sin! Don’t through your life away because everyone has a purpose, only thing that well solve your problem is to pray, that God will point you in the right direction. When you are not sure what God has planed for your life, and when he does give you what you asked for don‘t sit around waiting for something better or thinking you are the wrong person. “but if a man live many years, and rejoice in them all; yet let him remember the day of darkness; for they shall be many. All that cometh is [proud] vanity.” Ecc.11:8. Don’t worry about what you can do to morrow because tomorrow can take care of it’s self. God always has a way to bring everything together at the right time. “And we know that all thing workout for good that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 God knows what’s going on in your life and uses default circumstances in the first place you were in Look up! Act. 4:28 and 2Timothy 1:9. God also, knows all of our needs and wants even the ones that we don’t know about or think of. He even knows what we need spiritually by giving is only begotten son, Jesus to us. Because everything that we need is in Christ. The only need that never changes is the need for Jesus as our Lord and savor; because fallowing the law and doing good deeds are okay but they will not get you to heaven because of sin. ‘For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.’ Rom. 3:23 We all need to be saved by the blood of Jesus. We aren’t and we‘ll never be perfect the only person whom is perfect would be Jesus. Because of the work of Christ, all believers are given confidence and courage to come to God. Also threw Christ, we have become a member of the family of God. In a family you can run to your father at any time. We do not have to beg for time, or be afraid of his presence. He loves you and knows you. You are his child, so don’t be afraid to run to your heavenly father. We are expected to come to him when we have doubts, or questions, or need comforting. You don’t need to be timid to come to him; After all faith eliminates fear. ‘We need to come Boldly to the thrown of grace so that we my obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.’ Hebrews 4:16 CEV

The Christian faith stands on the testimony of others that have seen and therefore believed in the salvation of Jesus Christ‘s death. Since faith now comes to us by hearing and then believing the teachings of the gospels. So, that God of your Savor Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto us the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: And when we believe in what we have not seen, but believe that Jesus is the son of God and die to save you from sin. For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That Thou Mightiest Be Justified in thy saying, and Mightiest Overcoming When Thou Art Judged. Romans 3:3-4 (KJV) In Fact: No one has ever seen God; but if we love him one another, God lives in us. 1 John 4:12 NIV. Christ became a man, whom remained perfect and was a Sacrifice nailed to the cross. To save us from our sins and he also promises that everyone can be saved only when you call out to him. “and it shall come pass, that whosoever call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Acts 2:21 KJV Salvation is a one-time deal. How ever we are warned not to turn back to our old sinful ways “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Hebrews 10:38-39 says; For you to be called a child of God you need faith in Jesus. For you are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. As his children God wants us to be obedient to him Like Christ. We aren’t naturally obedient or loyal to him. Thankfully, God didn’t leave us at the mercy of our natural tendencies which is Sin. Obedience, is to be viewed not only with respect to the relations existing between God and man and between man and society, but also with respect to the example of Jesus and man’s relation to him. Obedience also includes servants to their masters and that children are to their parents. Which is all the first commandment with promise. “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honor thy father and mother.“ Eph. 6:1-2 KJV. A parents’ job is to correct their child when do wrong, so they can We have to make choices everyday between right or wrong. God wants us to love him with our hearts, mind and soul. When we disobey, God corrects us and makes it know to us when we do wrong. When Adam and Eve disobeyed they were kick out of the garden of Eden, Lots wife turned in to a pillar of salt after God told them keep running and not to turn to look back. Moses had to stay out of the promise land for disobeying God. Jonah was a prophet his disobedience gotten him swallowed up by a fish and he stayed there inside for 3 days. Although Jonah disobeyed, he recognized God for his kindness, mercifulness, and patience. Patience is an unruffled tempers bear evil of life, whether they proceed from persons or things. It also clear itself in a sweet obedience to the beneficial appointments of God, and stamina in the presence of duties and divergence of life. This grace saves one from discouragement in the face of evil. By standing firm we will gain life. In your patience posses [company] ye your soul. Luke21:19 Patience aid's in the encouragement of godliness. To build patience, God gives us many opportunities to respond to delays with a joyful spirit. He allowing trying circumstances, difficult relationship, and even temptations to enter our lives so that we can develop patience.

Book Up dateds

Okay, I know that this is a little early for me to blog since the last time was a month ago. But I'm going to be spending a few week  days off line  and away from the computer and spend time with my brothers and sisters playing games and watching movies. Well, I still haven't closed off chapter 4 and yes I have  been working on chapter 5 Patience and Chapter 6Fear. The word of God is a way of life and how Christina are expected to live. The point of what  ( I'm final giving out the tittle of my book, ready pay attention ) Time of Need, is about life and how to live fully for God, knowing that you aren't perfect. Unlike some devotional I expect my readers to look up verses  and read their Bible's while reading this book. I give more then one passage for each subject and chapter.  And I ask myself questions that I've been asked by popple and answer them with the Bible. This book is again for new Christians to mature and live to set an example of how God Changed their lives around. Yes, Temptation is always going to be there it's up to those whom want to Change and a let the Holy Spirit to work in the beliers life. (I'm a born again Christain that Dose Not live in the world, but of the world. I am scriptual maturing everyday and I still lack perfiction. I'm not a new Christain, like many I have recieved Jesus as a child which is easier for a child to do, then it is for and Adult to except Christ as who is, Gods only be gotten Son.) A child hears, believes and excepts without questioning, what is told.  I'm not going to get into all that right now. But, would like you to DO is  Read! John Chapter 3  and find out what it means to be Born again.. Nicodemous asked: How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

The next time I blog here it will, be a sumarry of "Time of Need."  My Love for God is  and well continue to grow everyday.

Author In The Making

Brrrrr ... it's cold this morning! I've been up since 7AM and it was 48 degrees outside.

Well, after taking a full year off from writing my book it’s obvious that I had writer’s block because I’d go to sit at my computer and then I’d start staring at the wall; of course it’s not rare for me to do that anyways, but I’ve developed some self-discipline and when I know I’m going to get side-tracked I will leave for a while and come back to what I was doing. From August 2005 to August 2006 I was determined to write when I knew that I needed to take some time off from my book; I’d spent 3 years on it without stopping, I breathed and slept writing, reading and researching . I didn’t get back into writing like I should have because I spent almost 4 months debating with myself over whether I should I keep part of my book and continue writing or restart the whole book from scratch. I was second questioning my intentions as to why I was writing the book, was I doing what God really wanted me to do, if people read my book and didn’t agree with it would they treat me like an out cast. Questions like this held me back from writing, doing what I knew God planted in my heart to do. Last Sunday I just said okay and stopped debating. So, what if people don’t like my book, they haven’t read it! No one related to me has read it so far but I have allowed two people that I trust very much have a copy of three finished chapters and they’ve told me that I’m on the right track and I should keep on going. This week I started working on my book full-time again and I have discovered that I am almost done with chapter four, except for a good conclusion; I’m half way done with chapter five I may have to break it down and use part of it for chapter six. And I have kept notes and wrote my thoughts out to help me think clearly, not all of them are going to help me, but a few well. I’m happy to update you all on the progress of my book; it’s good to share now and then. Please keep me and my writing endeavors in your prayers and I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have about my book.

HI!

Today, I thought I'd write here for a change.  Far as some of you know, that I like to write and if you check out my other site and read some of my blogs I've posted a few of my short stories, mind think blunders and just me being silly. Well, I'm not going to be silly here but give you some info today; I've been working on my first book for 4 years, but didn't start writing the first chapter until 3 year ago this coming Sept. I've gotten a lot of questions about my book like,  what is it about? and others simaler to that. Well, the book is titled (not going to name it here) thow, but to answer this question it's a book about life and how we should live. I use the Bible and vurses that have helped me to live fully for God in my daily walk with him. Other words knowing your not  perfect, but to strives for perfection and how he wants everyone to live for him according to his word. When you are living for God 100% you know there is no gilt, no worries, no desire for the world. But when you are living the world 100% there is temptation, gilt, worry, and no desire for God. You either live for the world or you live for God ( You are either hot or cold there is no in between)  My book is a devotional for new Christians and setup for Hardcore Christians to use as a witness tool for non-Christians as well. I'm glad to let you all in on my book.
